The Yamaha BWS or otherwise referred to as the YW 100. Sometimes called the Zuma. Arrt cardiac interventional study guide. Up until very recently they all came in 2 Stroke models, which made them very popular amongst the crowd that wished to mod it into street legal racing machines. Was produced in 50cc, 100cc as well as a very rare 125cc model. This service manual is for the 2 stroke model 100cc, but should be helpful for other cc models as well. PDF split into 2 smaller parts.

The 2007 Yamaha YW 100 - Beewee 100 and all other motorcycles made 1894-2018.

Yep yep, still got the BeeWee. The mod's only marginally changed how it handles. I don't get much use out of the scooter anyway (since I've got a motorbike) and just bought the scoot to play around with on weekends in the dirt.

I'm actually looking to put it up for sale thus the ebay poking. The mod is easily done with the right tools, maybe do that and the oil change yourself and have the guy (whoever you get your service done from) to do all the checks so at least you get a stamp if you're planning on selling in two years or so. Are you looking to upgrade to a bigger scoot anytime soon? Just that the beewee isn't good for any road where the limit is more than 80kmph. I dont intend to bring it out to any where +60 anyway so should be fine. I dont think i'll change it in the next few years, at least that's what the big boss said lol. I though you can change those stuffs with the hand tools but I might be wrong.

Just wonder how they did it before w/o the rattle gun invented though? Main reason to buy this beewee is to hang around town and commuting short to very short trips:) ie less than 10km Still waiting for my exhaust to arrive, he said he posted it yesterday. So excited!!! Just be careful there are differences in these scooters especially when it comes to engine things. Go buy an impact driver at repco for 100bux or something and you can remove the clutch and variator easily, trust me if you start modding you will be doing this often. Changing rollers, clutch springs, torsion springs, clutches,( when tuned you will go through the odd clutch ) so its worth it. I just moved from alexandria so i know it well, could hook up sometime and you can take mine for a hit and see if you like a modded beewee.??

Hi All, I'm back, got the exhaust the other day and tried to fit it yesterday. However the screw which hold it to the body doesnt fit (missed about 2cm). This is what I did yesterday: untight the 4 screws, took off the old exhaust, put the new one in, attached the 2 screws on the body so it can hold the exhaust and then attach the 2 screws of the main port.

If I do it this way then the 2 screws onto the main port will not fit/match. Then I remove 1 screw off the body and fit the 2 screws to the main port first, then go back and try to fit the last screw.

This didn't work either. Did I do something wrong or there's something wrong with the exhaust (wrong measure?) This is one of the V8 exhaust from Taiwan. Will post some pictures later on for clear understanding.

Would bringing this to the mechanic help? OK I worked that out after spending 1hr on it, actually the center stand was in the way and making it impossible to fit the exhaust in. Once put it on side stand, everything works fine. Result wasn't as expected though, i wanted to improve the lower power band for better take off but with the exhaust on it feels like losing a bit of power compare to the stock. Also more smoke come out (is this normal?) but definitely smoother ride (feeling) Looks like I will have to move on to the variator and the roller weights then.
